The last year was a tumultuous one that upended how our industry supports its veterinary clients, changed our sales models and fundamentally altered how we conduct our business. Coping with these changes, including adjusting to a more virtual world, will be key to our recovery efforts today, tomorrow and beyond.
Join us on Wednesday, June 2nd as we explore techniques to help our field teams standout, communicate effectively and the tools needed for success in a post-COVID world.
CAHI has adapted its in-person Annual Convention to a shortened, one day virtual event. Veuillez noter que pour 2021, le congrès annuel de l'ICSA ne sera offert qu'en anglais.

About the Speakers
Mark Bowden - Voted the #1 Body Language Professional in the world for two years running
Mark is passionate about sharing the most influential and persuasive communication techniques our field teams can use to stand out, win trust, and gain credibility. In order to connect effectively through digital communication channels, we also have to adapt our body language to demonstrate that we are not only present, but also empathetic.
Dan Gardner - New York Times best-selling author of Risk: The Science and Politics of Fear
Author of books about psychology and decision-making, Dan explores how we are the safest and healthiest human beings who ever lived, and yet irrational fear is growing. Drawing on current research in cognitive psychology, political science, and behavioral economics he will explore the impact of culture, how fear is promoted for gain, and the fundamental role of human psychology.
Senani Ratnayake, Motivatum Veterinary Consulting - Impact of COVID-19 on Animal Health Field Teams
COVID-19 has turned the traditional sales and technical support model for animal health companies on its head. Veterinary clinics are under-staffed, teams are burnt out and our field staff cannot connect with their clients to offer the support, training or tools when they need it most. Working on behalf of CAHI, Senani has gathered data on the field experience during COVID-19 and will share what she has learned along with tips to move forward as we recover within the "new normal".
